The portrait style, the style of the legends, the low weight, and the compact flan all indicate an Antioch origin, though Antioch is unlisted for this type. Seemingly quite rare, with just a few examples seen at auction.

Many varieties of this type exist, most with a symbol below the bust. It does not appear that any symbol was present on this coin, but could also be off the flan. The absence of any symbols in the reverse exergue, however, suggests this is RSC 2, though RSC 2a and 3b are other potential options if a symbol were present below the bust.
