Types with a crescent on the left and an altar on the left exist, but not together, according to RIC. There are thus three entries listed in RIC that are close (all listed as 'scarce' to 'rare'), but do not fully match. However, only RIC 119b notes the epsilon-delta (9th) officina for Licinius, so this coin may best fit there.
