Terms of Sale
- All coins that we sell are 100% guaranteed for life to be authentic unless otherwise described.
- All coins purchased from our website may be returned for a refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied.
- We do our best to make sure that all images depict the coin as closely as possible to its appearance when viewed in person. Getting an exact match is seldom possible, if at all. Please allow for slight variations in appearance.
- We may require references for unknown customers placing large orders. We will contact you after your order has been placed if references are necessary. You may include 2-3 references in advance in the "Special Instructions" field of the order form when you check out to help minimize shipping delay.
- We will NEVER share your e-mail address or phone number with anyone.
- Because we sell our coins through a number of venues, on rare occasion, a certain coin may not be available.
- Orders placed immediately before or during the coin shows that we attend, will ship starting on the second business day after we return from the show. Please check our schedule to see which coin shows we will be attending.
- We can accept payment for online orders in the form of personal check (may have to clear), money order, wire transfer, PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover Card.
- Shipping costs for domestic orders are determined as follows:
- $0.00 - $25.00 = $3.00
- $25.01 - $50.00 = $5.00
- $50.01 - $100.00 = $6.00
- $100.01 - $200.00 = $7.00
- $200.01 - $300.00 = $8.00
- $300.01 and up = $9.00
- Registered Mail: Add $12.00 to above amount.
- Some items such as books and heavy lots, may have additional shipping charges. These will show in your shopping cart.
- Shipping costs for International Orders are determined as follows:
- $0.00 - $50.00 = $3.00 Airmail
- $50.01 - $100.00 = $4.00 Airmail
- $100.00 - $150.00 = $5.00 Airmail
- $150.01 - $300.00 = $15.00 Registered Letter: Insured to $45.00
- $300.01 and up = $32.00 Express Mail International: Insured to $5000.00
- Some items such as books and heavy lots, may have additional shipping charges. These will show in your shopping cart.
- Other forms of shipping may be available. Please inquire.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
- All items ship via USPS unless arranged for otherwise.
- Wisconsin residents must add 5.5% sales tax.
